the location was CONVENIENT, a short walk to Grand Place. public transport was also close. breakfast was good.

The room was very NOISY, you can even hear other guests. there was no refrigerator in the room. I had to wait at reception.

location was great i liked the hotel being close to attractions. breakfast offered many options i ate a lot. staff was helpful in many ways especially helping with directions. my room included comfortable beds and provided sufficient space for luggage and personal belongings. excellent buffet, friendly staff, comfortable bed, helpful direction,

i noticed that certain corridors look a bit dated and needs improvements.

solid stay, central location

spacious room great breakfast

the rooms were spacious and clean. breakfast offered a great selection. i also liked the car parking and its convenience. it made driving to the hotel easy.

the room sound isolation was horrible. i could hear noises and voices from rooms around us. there was a man screaming and banging on the walls overnight and the staff did nothing despite calls.

I found a couple of things disappointing. the lack of coffee facilities in the room was a letdown, especially for early mornings. the bathrooms definitely need an update. They felt quite dated. i expected more for what i paid.

perfect location friendly staff warm welcome

the location worked out perfectly for seeing a lot of the city. the metro station was only a short walk. the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the warm welcome i received upon arrival at the hotel.

The soundproofing could have been better. I did hear some noise from doors closing.
